About Us

Lakefront Scholars is a summer camp dedicated to helping students make academic progress through challenging, mentally stimulating activities. We feel the best way to increase children’s engagement in the learning process is through direct and immediate application of classroom learning to a “real world” usage of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) components. We are passionate about tearing down the artificial walls between various academic subjects, and we think summer learning should be kinetic, energetic, and – most of all – fun!
